Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with a brief contact of the must on the skins.
After fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
It displays an inviting salmon pink colour with cherry-like reflections, which leads in to a fresh and fragrant nose, reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is appealingly tangy and lively, refreshed as it is by crisp acidity, which provides a vibrant counterpoint to the rounded fruity notes.
