Brief cold maceration of the crushed fruit, followed by traditional white wine vinification carried out entirely in stainless steel vats and by prolonged maturation on the lees.
6 months in stainless steel and further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
It reveals a fine, bright, straw yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose it offers extremely rich and complex aromas, with intense notes of peach shrouded in an elegant floral sensation. In the mouth it is harmonious, well-structured and tangy with a delightfully fresh vein of acidity. This is a very refined wine, with considerable ageing potential.
