Traditional red wine vinification with maceration for 8 days at a temperature of 25° C.
The wine matures for 6 months in oak casks and for a further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
It has a ruby red colour, shot through with purplish highlights; on the nose it displays clean and intense aromas of berry fruits, with evident notes of blackberries and ripe raspberries; on the palate it is rounded and elegant, with good body and structure, underpinned by attractively rich, well-balanced tannins.
