White vinification with a slow natural fermentation under controlled temperature in order to enhance its freshness and bouquet. Second fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method).
Straw yellow colour, enjoyably typical and fruity with a light mineral bouquet. Dry, refreshing and light sparkling on the palate.
