Traditional white wine vinification carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
After fermentation, the wine matures for a few months in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. It expresses delicate fruity and floral fragrances. Well-balanced on the palate, it is well structured and refreshing with a long and tangy finish.
