Soft pressing; the must is cooled at 10°C to allow a natural fining. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 14°C.
Stainless steel stank until bottling time.
Yellow colour with green hints with an intense bouquet and a remind of exotic fruit. Wine to be drunk young (1 or 2 years); it marries perfectly with seafood, shellfish, vegetables and soft cheese.
