After de-stemming and crushing, the must is allowed to ferment with the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 25-26 °C
After malolactic fermentation the wine remanins in oak barrel (8 tonnes) for about 8-q0 months.
Di colore rosso rubino intenso, rivela un bouquet dai profumi marcati, gradevolissimo, che ricorda l’essenza del rovere fra mille sfumature di mandorla tostata e prugne. Ha una durata di 4 anni, se conservato in cantine idonee.
Si abbina bene con arrosti di vitello, manzo e formaggi stagionati.
