Cold maceration for about 10 hours on the skins.
Fermentation and aging on the lees conducted entirely in stainless steel tanks.
Ruby red colour tending to cerasuolo; light fruity notes of small fruits (blueberry and blackberry) with delicate floral sensations of rose and violet. The taste is soft and fragrant, with excellent freshness and sapidity; aftertaste slightly bitter and pleasantly complex. It goes perfectly with hors d'oeuvres based on typical Trentino cold cuts, dumplings with sauce, roast white meats and fresh water fish dishes; surprising with pizza.
