Vinification

The Salasso (saignée) method is used for this medium-body rosé.
It is vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 17° C, 15 days fermentation.

Maturation

The wine, which does not carry out any malolactic fermentation, is aged for 5 months in stainless steel barrels. It is then bottled and left to rest for another 2 months prior to release.

Tasting note

It has a beautiful pink colour and fresh aromas of cherry and pomegranate stimulated by a subtle spiciness. On the palate it expresses all its freshness, fragrance and sapidity, quenching the thirst with its subtle and delicate tannins.
