Harvest Manual
The base wine is produced with a brief contact of the must on the skins and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Maturation of the base wine in stainless steel is followed by bottling and the prise de mousse in bottle. The wine matures for a long time on the yeasts, prior to disgorgement.
A coppery pink in colour, with faint salmon-hued highlights, on the nose it displays intense, sweetish floral scents of roses and wisteria, accompanied by fragrant sensations of cherries, redcurrants and raspberries, as well as fresh, citrus-like hints. On the palate it is lively and stimulating; the vivacious effervescence helps giving freshness to the wine, mellow and well-balanced.
