Vinification

The grapes are gently de-stemmed and crushed and in order to obtain a natural wine settle, the must is refrigerated at 10 °C to facilitate clarification and stabilization.

Maturation

Alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks where the temperature remains at less than 14 °C

Tasting note

Shiny and golden color, with delicate bouquet and a slightly savory taste. We suggest you to combine it with shellfish and seafood, fish, fried or grilled vegetables. Alcohol content 12,00 % vol.
