Vinification

Removable of stalks from grapes and are left to macerate for 10 days. During this period, fermentation is assisted by regular remontae.

Maturation

Left in oak barrels (1500 l) for about two years. Bottleing(07/12/2017)

Tasting notes

A wine noted particularly for it’s perfume when still young and after a period of aging it’s characteristics are emphasized. It has a ruby red colour with garnet-violet reflections depending on it’s age, an intense and persistent perfume and a full bodied and harmonious flavour.
Particularly suitable to accompany roasts, grilled meats and game.
