Brief cold maceration of the crushed fruit, followed by traditional white wine vinification carried out entirely in stainless steel vats.
6 months in stainless steel and further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
It has a straw yellow colour and an irresistible and intense nose, with characteristic aromatic notes of white peaches, roses and sweet spices. On the palate it is rounded, delicately flavoured, elegant, and again reveals aromatic, persistent fruit.
