TYPE OF FARMING:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
After fermentation, the wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
A bright straw yellow colour, shot through with greenish hints. On the nose it displays inviting notes of ripe apples and greengages, together with a delicate floral tone and a fascinating hint of flintiness. On the palate, the acidulous and mineral vein is particularly tangy and gives freshness and vibrancy to the substantial fruit, which closes with a very stimulating almond-like sensation.
