Completely mature grapes are harvested from vineyards and processed in membrane presses. Soft presses, fermentation at controlled temperature and prolonged maceration with the skins.
After Malolactic fermentation a portion of the wine is refined in wood for six months, the remaining part remains in steel tanks for at least one year.
Opaque with a red berry rim colour. It presents cherry, dark fruits and vanilla aromas; on the palate it reveals silky tannins frame flavors of dried strawberries, plums, violet and red cherries. That wine is robust and balanced, with a pleasant feel of toasted coffee and vanilla, received from the slight aging in wood.
