The must is put into temperature-controlled pressurized tanks (autoclaves) and fermentation is triggered by selected yeasts. The sugar content is less than 15 g/l.

It has a straw yellow colour and dense perlage. On the nose it reveals fruity, apple-like aromas enhanced by a delicate floral hint. On the palate it is very fresh and fruity; it offers an easy-drinking style, with a mellow balance between its sweeter fruit notes and the liveliness of the acidity and carbon dioxide.
