The whole grapes are gently pressed; the must is clarified, filtered and then put into pressurized tanks at a low temperature for the fermentation and prise de mousse.
Inviting straw yellow colour, with just a hint of gold, as well as a subtle beading of fine bubbles. It offers very sweet scents of roses, peaches, apples and pineapple, shrouded by a seductive note of honey and pastries, which suddenly gives way to a fresh, vegetal, sage-like hint. On the palate, the carbon dioxide is delicate and creamy. Fresh acidity and attractive hints of citrus fruits stimulates each one’s taste buds.
