The must is vinified in temperature-controlled vats, with maceration for 8-10 days.
The wine matures for at least 12 months in barriques.
Deep, concentrated ruby red colour. On the nose it offers intense scents of ripe red fruits, enriched by a broad, mellow spiciness. It reveals notable structure on the palate, enlivened by a sweetish fruity sensation. Refined tannins and long finish.
