Straw-yellow colour, to the nose it is intense and fruity. On the palate the wine is fresh and harmonic, soft with a citrus flavour; it marries perfectly with pasta and rice accompanied by a fish sauce or vegetables sauce, white meat and soft cheese of cow’s milk.
