The base wine is produced by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Maturation of the base wine in stainless steel is followed by bottling and the prise de mousse in bottle. The wine then matures for at least 30 months on its yeasts, prior to being disgorged.
It has a bright straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is fine and elegant, with fragrant hints of crusty bread, white flowers and vanilla that envelop ripe fruity sensations. On the palate its structure is full and satisfying, and the fruit progresses in a refined, precise manner towards a long, persistent and notably harmonious finish.
