In stainless steel, at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C.
After fermentation, the wine matures for a few months in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow in colour with brilliant highlights, the nose opens up with rich sensations of white fruits, enhanced by a fragrant and delicate floral and faintly balmy hint. On the palate it is extremely fresh, enlivened by a tangy vein that enriches the fruit with a vague suggestion of minerality.
