Removable of stalks from grapes and are left to macerate for 10 days. During this period, fermentation is assisted by regular remontae.

A wine noted particularly for it’s perfume when still young and after a period of aging it’s characteristics are emphasized. It has a ruby red colour with garnet-violet reflections depending on it’s age, an intense and persistent perfume and a full bodied and harmonious flavour. Particularly suitable to accompany roasts, grilled meats and game.
