The must is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
The wine matures in oak casks and then in bottle prior to release.
Ruby red with faint shades of garnet, it offers attractive fruity and floral aromas on the nose, along with sweet spices and a delicate suggestion of a just-extinguished fireplace. The palate reveals reasonable and immediately evident structure, with notes of raspberry and dog-rose sustained by rich, well-integrated tannins.
