Since his youth he shows great interest in the wine-gastronomic world.
After his studies, he collaborates with important restaurants.
First professional Sommelier in Verona, he brings, as representative, the Ais (Italian Sommeliers Association) Delegation to Verona.
Middle of ’70 he enters, in quality of member and managing director, in an important company, distributing Italian wines, and he boots its development, especially to export, reaching out for considerable goals.

In 2000 he sets up a new fabulous enterprise, the Premium Wine Selection.
