Brief cold maceration of the crushed fruit, followed by traditional white wine vinification; fermentation is carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels.
6 months in stainless steel and further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
Straw yellow colour, it stands out with its fine and harmonious bouquet, which offers an attractive succession of vegetal, floral and fruity notes, with characteristic nuances of green peppers and elderflower. On the palate it is fresh, zesty, long and well-balanced, with delightful varietal aromatic notes.
