Brief cold maceration of the crushed fruit, followed by traditional white wine vinification carried out entirely in stainless steel vats.
6 months in stainless steel and further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
Straw yellow colour with green highlights, it offers lightly aromatic scents with delicate floral and fruity notes. On the palate it reveals a mellow, elegant and satisfyingly persistent flavour.
