Brief cold maceration of the crushed fruit, followed by traditional white wine vinification carried out entirely in stainless steel vats and by prolonged maturation on the lees.
6 months in stainless steel and further 2 months in bottle prior to release.
A deep straw yellow in colour, it immediately strikes one on the nose with its intense aromas of tropical fruit, lychees, rose petals and gentle spices. On the palate, these very fruity, spicy and floral notes are echoed, enlivening a taste profile that is well-structured, broad and rounded, but underpinned by a fresh vein of acidity.
