The grapes are destalked and then subjected to a soft pressing. Subsequently, the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
The wine matures in stainless steel and then for a further few months in bottle prior to release.
Bright straw yellow colour. Fine and delicate on nose, with notes of apples, peaches and tropical fruits enriched by a gentle floral hint. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with nice zesty and mineral sensations and vague suggestions of hydrocarbons, which linger in the clean, persistent finish.
