Traditional white wine vinification carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
About 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. It offers intense floral bouquet notes enriched by sweetish nuances of ripe apples and hazelnuts. On the palate is dry, fresh and forthright. Interesting and delicious, faintly bitter finish.
