60% of the wine in steel, the other part in 2-3 years aged french oak cask, for a period of 12 months, with pouring and periodical topping. Assembled and bottled without filtration, 4 months in bottle before commercialization.
Ruby red colour, with intense berries aromas. It presents a soft tannicity, with a full and persistent taste. It marries perfectly with red metas, roast, game and mature cheese.
